On commence l'année 2023 dans l'ouest avec cette West Coast IPA qui déborde d'arômes de houblons frais. La Fanfare a été houblonnée à froid avec un quatuor de houblons connues pour leurs notes d'agrumes et de résine. Cette bière harmonise l'intensité du houblon avec la subtilité des malts caramélisés pour obtenir une bière parfaitement balancée.

Clean amber colour with frothy warm cap, decent retention and some foamy-soapy lacing. Herbal-grassy hops nose that fits the West Coast style with a caramel malt base. The taste shows this malt base with the grassiness in the finish, creating a nice dryness. Gets hazy as it pours. A smooth mouthfeel and quite easy to drink. A really nice simple, but effective West Coast IPA.
