An amber-colored brew brimming with hops that will make your palate discover the characteristic bitterness of hops, as much as its floral aromas. Upon tasting, this bitterness joins itself beautifully to the delicate malt flavors as well as the heat of the alcohol to give an overall complex and integrated beer. Furthermore, our India Pale Ale is unfiltered in order to maintain maximum flavor.

Pours a hazy amber colour with a big frothy white head and laces well. Mild citrus aroma. Sweet malt, citrus and a mild floral flavour. Medium smooth mouthfeel. Very easy drinking ipa. Not the hop explosion as suggested on the label. That could be because it is ten months past "Best Before" date.

Pours an average size foamy head. Has a hazy orangey appearance. Pretty good lacing all around. Aromas of floral hops, some light malts and a nice fresh grassy aroma. Pretty good hoppy flavours, strong at first and mellows down a tiny bit. Very good bitter mouthfeel, average carbonation. Notes of yeast in aftertaste. Also thingling mouthfeel. I like this one quite a bit, from Boreale, very affordable and quite refreshing.

I was pretty stocked to see a new Boréale product in a small Hull, QC convenient store. Says "unfiltered" on the 6-pack case and front label, but is not really that hazy. Little sediments floating around, but does not create any cloudiness. Rich golden-amber colour with a frothy warm cap, that stays long and creates foamy lacing. The Cascade hop nose is present, but mild. Medium-bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Not too bitter for the taste, but some tasty hops. More malt present than the aromas. One of the stonger products for Boréale and a decent IPA that is good for first-time drinkers of this style, as this one is above average, but not too crazy-hoppy.
