C'EST PAS DE LA PACOTILLE L’Épisode où notre Maître brasseur a créé un petit bijou généreusement houblonné sans amertume ni sucre résiduel et avec d’intenses notes de fruits tropicaux. Le résultat : une IPA aussi fraîche et pétillante qu’un champagne. Ce récent Épisode se distingue par son explosion de houblon et de saveurs tropicales. Golden colour with light unfiltered, transparent particles floating around. The white head stays a little while, leaving streaks of lacing and a nice soapy ring around the brew. Citrus, lemony aromas with some mild yeast, spices and herbs. The mouthfeel has that drying, sparkling wine feel. Citrus zest flavours with some nice, fresh yeasty notes and some light spices. Not a big fan of Brut IPAs, but this one is quite well-brewed.
