Appearance is somewhat cloudy, hazy, not much head but just a fine layer. Lots of carbonation. Aromas of fruits and wheats. Flavours of citrus fruits and ginger is obvious. Has a pretty nice aftertaste, and a tangy mouthfeel. Pretty good.

A very refreshing beer, cloudy yellow and thin head, this beer has a lot of flavor especially ginger and coriander...Aroma is also spicey and a bit floral, easy to drink, like a very good shandy, iwant to try this beer next summer after a few good sets of tennis...

Bottle: Poured a white yellow ale with a thin white bubbly head with minimal retention. Aroma is dominated by ginger, which is a bit surprising for a witbier. Taste is also dominated by ginger thought I can still taste the wheat and some subtle coriander. Very refreshing beer that I will appreciate better comes summer. Probably doesn’t respect the style limitation of a witbier but still enjoy this quite a lot.

This is the newest beer from this brewer in a long time. Not being a fan of Boréale, I kind of hesitated. But a fan of witbier I am. Poured a cloudy golden-white colour with a beautiful thick white head. There is a good amount of lacing. Aromas are herbal and fruity. The taste is of ginger mostly with hints of honey and citrus. This is definitely not Unibroue's Blanche de Chambly, but I find it still amazing because of the spices. Heavily recommended.
