L'Épisode où notre maître-brasseur a voulu mettre de l'avant l'un de nos cultivars de houblon préférés: le Mosaic. Dans cette New England IPA, nous avons utilisé le Mosaic sous 4 formes différentes pour extraire tout l'éventail de ses saveurs: Mosaic, Mosaic Lupomax, Mosaic Incognito et Mosaic Spectrum. On obtient donc une NEIPA avec des arômes explosifs d'abricot et de pamplemousse qui se termine sur une finale légèrement résineuse.

Lightly hazed, golden colour with an orange hue. The head is big, frothy, warm-white with good stay and some spots of foamy lacing left. Aromas of citrus with... apricots. Same for taste - oranges, apricots with hints of raisins. It is quite a different NEIPA-style beer. Interesting!
