Dans cet Épisode, notre Maître brasseur s’est inspiré une fois de plus des houblons de notre célèbre IPA du Nord-Est. Après avoir travaillé avec le Mosaic dans Aller-Simple, nous avons utilisé son houblon acolyte, soit le Citra! Avez-vous remarqué son air de famille ? L'Aller-Retour est la bière jumelle de l'Aller-Simple que nous vous avons présenté le mois précédent. Pour cette bière, nous avons utilisé quatre variété de ce houblon : Citra, Citra Lupomax, Citra Incognito et Citra Spectrum. Le résultat final est une Double New England IPA avec un corps rond et un punch agrumé.

Hazy golden colour with an orange hue. The head is frothy, creamy, lightly bubbly, warm off-white with good retention and some foamy lacing. The 4 Citra hops give citrus aromas, but also pineapple sweetness, some grassiness and hints of raisins. The taste has orange juices, but also some tropical fruits and even, apricots. The mouthfeel has this little spicy bite at one point, than light dryness in the finish with a tad tart. Big particles pour at last pour. Not a bad Imperial NEIPA, with the citrus blended with other fruits in the nose and flavours, a touch of spiciness and dryness.
