Pas mal mieux qu'un pumpkin spice latté. L'Épisode où notre Maitre-Brasseur a travaillé avec des nouveaux houblons afin de créer une bière qui explose de saveur. Cette DIPA a été brassée avec le Lotus et le Sultana sous plusieurs formes. Nous avons aussi utilisé de nouvelles techniques de brassage pour obtenir un profil moins amère qu'à l'habitude et encore plus aromatique.

Lightly hazy, golden-amber colour with a big frothy white cap, long retention and chunks of foamy lacing. Lemon peel aromas with some orange juice hints. citrus zest, oats to balance. The flavours have the citrus notes with some decent dryness, light spiciness, zesty with again juice, zest and peel. A real nice DIPA with loads of citrus action.
