This IPA falls somewhere between a Belgian white beer and an American IPA. Our WIPA is brewed from an equal blend of wheat and barley for a result that produces a delicious aroma of citrus, spices and bread. Boldwin WIPA’s dry mouthfeel has a floral bouquet of hops and spice that’s strong and lingering, as well as an, orange-peel finish.

Sampled at 2017 summer Festibière in Gatineau. Pours a cloudy light-golden colour with a warm cap and nice lacing. Fresh grassy hop nose with hints of bubblegum and witbier yeast. Bubblegum and orange flavours with nicely blended hops. Quite a nice balanced white IPA that am happy to have tried as my first experience from this brewery.
