300 ml,on tap at the brewery. Poured an unfiltered and hazy dark-dark-brown with reddish tones coloured Tmavý Pivo with a short one finger foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is roasted malts, roasted coffee beans, notes of dried fruits, figs, dates. The flavour is roasted malts, roasted coffee beans, chocolate. The mouthfeel is light crispy, sparkling, thin and very smooth. This light bodied Tmavý has a dry roasted malts finish. A pleasant and easy drinkable Cerný from a " young " Cezch Kloster Brewery.
