From bottle so hard to tell color, seems to foam well. Less bitter taste, some earthy tones present. Good for thurst, but that's about all. (Moscow 201204)

First of all, I really like the aroma of this beer. Strong breadish, hoppish aroma. Very light yellow color and not much foam. Taste is a little bit strange, sour and watery.

Only marginally better than the higher alcohol "strong" beer, I decided to make this Sunday evening an "evening in Russia". Aroma was metallic, corn and not much else. Appearance was a pale yellow in color and a bright white head. Moutfheel was light, crisp and clean. Flavor was metal and grains and not really pleasing but not regurgitatingly bad either. Overall, a little better than it's big brother Krepkoe Osoboe but that's not really saying much.

Maybe I'm not right, but it's so terribly similar to Bochkovoe... Easy drinkable lager with no attempts to be extremely exclusive. Easy going and refreshening. Well, I think that Baltika and Bochkarev are best Russian beers. From these I still idn't find any bad sort. Na zdarovju!

It's an overcarbonated beer with some nice malt tones but too pale in colour and strong alcohol finish in spite of low alcohol content. This beer used to be one of the best Russian beers a couple of years ago, but now the quantity of it brewed is huge and quality is poor.
