A special rotator using the Kveik Voss strain of yeasts which are fast fermenting, tropical, and trendy. The malt and hopping are done just like a hazy IPA using high protein malts like Flaked Oats and Wheat and only dry hopping to reduce bitterness. However to ensure balance a healthy amount of late addition hops to bump the bitterness level.
