America...Beer...Almost like they go hand and hand, right? Except for that time when they didn’t. American craft beer has waged warfare on the old mainstays and historical roots of the beer world to earn its place in history. Where we fail to stand tall is in our lagers, where the scene is dominated by watered down, mass produced golden lagers. We offer our Amber Waders as a substitute. A lager with plenty of rich, malty, bready flavor, that is as smooth as its counterparts but stands on its own in flavor. So that our daughters might drink better beer than we did.

On tap @ The Tomato Head in Knoxvile, for craft beer focus group food pairings. requisite golden amber pour, medium white head, some lacing. Bready malt nose and flavor, malt rich, hops to offset sweetness. Decent enough beer and effort, just forgettable though.
