Meh. Either I've hit my (low) blue moon saturation point, or this is one of the weaker ones. Thin and tingly, no depth, weak combo of lemon orange and spice. Nothing really good going on here.

Light gold pour with a small head that quickly disappears. Very little in the way of aroma or flavor which is not surprising. A hint of lemon just peaks out from the grainy wheat.

Well, I passed on this a few times thinking it was the Rising Moon Spring Ale, which I already had and didn't care for too much. My brother in-law bought a 6-pack so figure I'd help myself to a couple to review :). After reading my reviews, this reminds me more of the Honey Moon Summer Wheat. Barely a blonde though. Not something I would get. OK for a spring/summer beer, but you better drink it COLD!

Why did I buy this? Sucka! Nice clear light orange amber pour but NO head nor lacing. None. Tad stale aroma of sourish wheat and citrus fruits, some lemon zest. Taste is rather blah too: light fizzy quasi-citrus and stale wet wheat and malt. Weak.

It's hard to do the wheat thing right, and American wheats are as much a bastardization of any style as anything you'll come across. A clear straw beer with little in the way of wheat aroma or flavour makes this nothing more than a weak blonde ale. Fortunately it's priced accordingly.

Light golden to yellow color with a very slight head that dissappates quickly with virtually no lacing. Medium-bodied, with a sweet, sticky kind of film in the mouth... odd. Wheat, citrus and malt in aroma and flavor, although very light and without statement.

It pours a light golden with a few white splotches remaining from the head and little to no lacing. A sour aroma of wheat malts, light hops, citrus, and light spice. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of wheat malts, hops, lemon-citrus, yeast, and light spices. It's okay..
