Our collaboration with our friends down at Rock Island Public House. Made with copious amounts of hibiscus and rose hips, this beer has tart and sweet components. Paired nicely with Saison flavors, this beer has just enough hops to keep all of the special ingredients from becoming too loud. Tasting Notes: The apricot-like sweetness from the rose hips is the first flavor on the palate, followed by a subtle tart from the hibiscus flowers. The Belgian yeast characteristics follow the tartness, lingering just a bit before the carbonation whisks it all away.
