Pours a very cloudy ultra-pale yellow. Not nearly as much foam here as I might expect from a hefeweizen. Strong bready-yeasty aroma, with a udercurrent of bananas and the slightest dash of clove. The spice/clove is all over the flavor, and here the bananas take a back seat. Light, spotty lacing on the glass. Rather dry finish. My burps taste like bananas, have to be sure to drink this slower...but it's so good!
