Our nod to the Belgian farmhouse ales of yesteryear. Rustically brewed with Belgian malted barley, wheat & rye, golden naked oats, locally gathered honey, noble hops, and Belgian farmhouse yeast. Ferme De La Ville is blended with portions of barrel matured farmhouse ales from our wild cellar. Conditioned over two months prior to release. The result is refreshing tart golden ale showcasing complex aromas & flavors with a wonderfully dry and vinous finish.

Definitely more wild than saison. Saision might be what this started as, but it's got all kinds of cantillon cheesy funky sourness going on. Light in body, but not aroma or flavor. First foray into Block 15...hope it won't be the last.

A whole lot of fizz in this one, very light and airy beer by mouthfeel but not at all by content. A really perfect farmhouse style as far as what I would think, sour white grapes, very dry finish and at all times refreshing. Coming in at just over 6% abv its no light beer. Another winner from pfoxyjohn's western Odyssey.
