Picked up a 341ml at the brewery. Pours a fair size frothy off-white head. Good retention. Has a golden amber appearance. Somewhat excessive carbonation. Some sediments are visible. Sticky lacing. Aromas are musty, notes of pears. Flavours are yeasty, cherries, bready malts, notes of pears as well. Smoky hints in the finish. Some sourness but not as much as expected.

Black Oak brews another winner. Aroma and taste denotes hints of plums, but is also all Saison too don't kid yourself. Great plum colour as well. Very filling mouthfeel. Highly enjoyable and well worth the price(only available at the brewery.)
