Pours out in a hazy reddish amber colour with a low and creamy lasting white foam. Strong earthy and spicy aroma of anise, pepper, wood, dark dried fruits, acetone with sweet touches of caramel. Medium to full-bodied with strong notes of salty licorice, earth, wood and spices. Sharp mouthfeel. Long dryish and peppery finish of wood, spices, earth and caramel.

Brownish amber colour, not much head. Aroma is earth, yeast, some spices and fruits. Flavour is wood, fruits, yeast and some earth. Also some slight caramelly hints. A very watery beer for being 8%...
