Liberation IPA Is an Imperial IPA, which means that we took the malt and hop character of a regular IPA and kicked everything up a few notches. Liberation is a malt and hop powerhouse that drinks smooth and hides its strength. Drink this one fresh to preserve all the hoppy goodness.

Bomber from Haggen (Burlington, WA). Clear orange pour, creamy ivory head. Strong malt influence in both aroma and flavour, although grapefruit and pine were present. Heavier malt presence than desired, and less bitter than expected. Decent mouth. Second example enjoyed later, from Brookswood Liquor. Pretty much the same rating, but I'm sure noticing the 9.5% ABV this time.
