A simple two malt bill with Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe hops in the kettle and dry hop, this is a Vermont yeast driven beer. Not a typical soft mouthfeel New England Pale, this has bite and bitterness in balance with the yeast.

440 ml can, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 5.3%. Opaque yellow colour, large to moderate white head. Aroma of peaches, yellow plums and pineapple. The flavour is citric and moderately sweet, again with notes of said fruits. Low bitterness.
