Limited availability Nov.-Dec., draft only. Balanced between roasted, chocolate, sweet and bitter, this full-bodied stout is a complex, yet easy-drinking dark ale. We added cacao nibs and hand-cut Madagascan vanilla beans to accent the dark chocolate bitterness of the malt. A small amount of oats were used that add a smooth, creamy mouthfeel.

Pours opaque chocolate brown with a nice tan head. Roast malt aroma has notes of caramel and chocolate. Flavor had more chocolate, plus fruity, malty, caramel and woody tones. Mouthfeel has firm body and plenty of fizz, Choc up a good brew!
