Clearer and more effervescent than one usually expects for our time period, the Brilliant is a light, slightly sweet, and oh-so-quaffable brew. Lightly toasted malts blend well with a dry finish.

Came in a 4-pack, part of their gift pack for Christmas 2014. Pours a slight hazy golden colour with an amber hue. Warm cap that gives out some decent dirty lace. Big grainy cereal nose with hints of citrus and other fruits. The fruit is more apparent in the taste with the grain being in the back. Quite a nice dry finish with the hops lingering. Pretty nice overall grainy beer with some hoppy bite.
