Dark and mysterious, our stout faetures a heavily roasted character and a lingering, espresso-like bitterness. The addition of oats to the mash produces a creamy sensation in the mouth. As an extra bonus, I left this stout unfiltered to enhance the fullest flavors.

Poured a dark black with a thin offwhite head with some decent lacing. Aroma of sweet malts and roasted hops. Mouthfeel was light. Flavor of Roasted hops, espresso, caramel, and maybe oatmeal? Not bad for a stout but I've had better.
