    Aroma: 4 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 3 | Overall: 3

12oz bottle pours with a deep clear copper body that supports a weak dirty white group of bubbles. The aroma offers up sugar, candied coriander, candied floral and flowery notes as well as syrupy sweet lemon grass. The taste is sugary, thin berry juice, more sugar and then a truck load of flowery perfume counter notes that are cut slightly by some spices. This is going in all the wrong places with the pervasive sweetness and flowery perfume. The right place at this juncture seems to be the kitchen sink drain.

A pretty dark shade of amber orange clear with a solid small head that makes for great lacing. The aroma is pretty good some funk, some lemon, maybe wheat? Can't pick out anything else but it does smell Saison Like. Very flowery. The taste is very smooth yet simply a basic Saison. I get some malt, mild if any yeast (which I am a fan of) and some grainy hibiscus flavors. The botanical's I must admit make for one smooth brew. The mouth feel is light to medium its very easy to drink with smooth flowery stuffs.

A bright orange colored beer with a small soapy textured, off white head rising above. There's not much hang time on the head. A thin ringlet od left. Rose petal rise in the nose. That and more floral hibiscus and lemongrass rise in the tasting. Well balanced profile and easy to drink this crisp bodied beer.

Very floral aroma with light barnyard notes. Amber w pinkish tiny. Average to high carbonation. Cool flavor. Very "botanical". Digging the hibiscus and lemongrass. Light black pepper. A couple 7.5s if possible...

Sampled on 3/16/2014. This saison pours a medium yellow gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, floral and spicy. A light to medium bodied saison. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are herbal and spicy. Lively carbonation. It’s a touch floral at the start with some pepper and spiciness at the finish. A touch of tartness as well. Nice beer. It suits you Ashley. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sweet and spicy.
