    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6

330 ml capped bottle. Poured in a teku tasting glass an unfiltered and deep hazy orange-amber coloured DIPA with a generous two fingers fine, dense and light beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is baked fruits dived in alcohol, apples, woody tones and a honey touch. The flavour is moderate sweety malts, a caramel touch, fruity, sourish grainy apples and a Calvados alcoholic and woody feeling. The texture is oily. This medium to full bodied DIPA has a sugary and fruity finish. The aftertaste is light alcoholic with a very late emerging warming effect. I wonder if I am sitt OK, but I can't detect any hop in this anounced DIPA from Italian Lazio ?
