Bottled@Monks Cafe Wallingatan, Stockholm. Murky reddish brown colour with small pale beige head. Aroma is sweet malts, some fruity and floral notes along with mild burnt sugary sweetness as well. Flavour is sweet malts, mild burnt sugary sweeetness, some yeast and mild notes of nuttyness. As it warms up also some alcohol comes through.

I had a bottle of this in Europe recently and it wasn't that bad of a beer. Not in the same class as a Belgian, but good nonetheless. The beer is a hazy mud brown colour. A thin tan head sat on top for a while. The aroma was yeast and sweet malt. Not the roasty character I was thinking I would sense. The flavour was smooth and malty. A little bit of a hoppish character was a nice balance at the end.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Pours out in a muddy reddish brown colour with a small white foam. Yeast, almonds, cloves and soap in the aroma with touches of cocoa. Medium-bodied with notes of nuts, almonds, dust, yeast and soap. Short finish of yeast, nuts and cocoa-powder.
