Flavor Characteristics: Strong espresso coffee with hints of licorice Complimented by tangy bitterness and a dry, nutty finish. Full bodied with a creamy tan head. Color: Deep Brown, Light Black Ingredients: Pale malt, Pilsner malt, dark Caramel malt and Vienna malt. Fuggle and Golding hops. History: Commercially brewed in Ireland from the early 1700’s by Guinness Aging Time: 6 weeks Availability: Draught only!!

    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 6

    on draught this was passable, even kinda nice...um, the bottled version i had to throw out half way.i mean there were circumstances surrounding the event, but the aftertaste pissed me off...like a charcoal...anyway, the draught version is quite nice..its smooth (pretty damn thin) ..but it these temps, its nice.
