This farmhouse ale is the color of the sun. Brewed with Sorachi Ace hops, our saison is incredibly refreshing and tart with a heavy dose of herbaceous and stone fruit aromas. It is dry and crisp on the palate with a blend of wheat flavor and pepper spice.

Sampled on 10/12/12 at GABF. This Saison pours a light gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, yeasty and spicy. A medium bodied saison. The malts are fruity and sweet, yeasty and estery. The hops are herbal and spicy. Decent carbonation. A nice clean and crisp saison. Nice balance between the sweetness, spiciness and yeast. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly spicy.
