Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 10 | Flavor: 10 | Overall: 9
What a beauty pours out 100% black with a beautiful tan head. The aroma is sweet and very complex. The mouthfeel is creamy and very thick. The high ABV of 13% warms up your chest. The taste is extremely complex full of everything holy.

dark dark belgian, almost stout like in appearance. thin head. nice aroma of sweet dark fruit, molasses, candy sugar up the wazoo, and a touch of yeast. feel is nice too. the beer seems young, which is the ONLY thing preventing this from being among the elite. it remains a touch hot, but not overly so at 13%. in a year, this may be one of the best belgians i've ever had. flavor much the same as the aroma. we were sad when this bad boy was gone, and even at this price, i gots to get one more and age it.
