I like when brewers do something unusual. It even nicer when it works. Light gold color. A light bodied wheat beer, flavored with mint and wheat grass. Smooth taste. Mild malts and hops. Very different taste. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. A very interesting beer, the mint flavor is very prevalent yet it adds to the flavor of the wheat beer.
