Pours with a golden body topped by a medium thick head wtih some lacing. It’s sweet and malty with a light honey note and a very light underlying bitter hop note. Light bodied and smooth.

Honey golden body, the head is thin and foamy, leaving some pretty decent lace. Aromas are pretty much hay, malts, and a bit of honey. Flavors start as a tart, grassy blend, a bit of sweetness towards the back. Not really too bad, but wouldnt get it again.

I had this two nights ago at the Green Dragon in Portland. Golden straw color with ok lacing and white head. Wheat and slightly sweet honey aroma is pleasant. Light body and smooth with a little drying in the finish. Nothing exciting and not very flavorful, but a good drink.

Bottled@The 2nd ES/CS Beer Tasting. (thanks J.S.!). Pale yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, honey, some mild grains and toffee. Flavour is honey, toffee, mild nectar as well as some mild wooden notes. Thin and not all that balanced.

It pours light golden with thick white head and copious lace. An aroma of caramel malts, hops, citrus, light bitterness, and light spice. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of light caramel malts, hops, lemon-citrus, grassiness, bitters, and choice spices. Good brew!

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear yellow with a smallish white head that quickly goes to a thin film.

The aroma is sweet clove honey and some spices.

The flavor is sweet bready malts and a bit of honey with some subdued spicing. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with good carbonation.

Overall, a decent slightly plain summer beer.

Bottles for BevMo. Body is a light yellow hue, medium 2" thick white head with quick dissipation and clear. Aroma seemed like an orange blossom honey like character, but very watered down. Light malt shows up too with a bit of grass. Fairly non-committal in the aroma though. Flavor has a nice tight grassy character, balanced with a sweet honey dipped malt combo which made it extremely balanced. Very easy to drink 2-3 of these in no time.

Honey bear pours a clear golden colour with a small white head. Fair amount of honey on the palate. Lots of money but suprisingly well balanced. I don't know why i'm surprised but i am. Smooth all the way thorugh and finishes with a hint of sweetness.

Pours pale yellow with a modest white head. Aroma is sweet and honey is noticeable. Lots of flavors jump out of this beer. Starts with light citrus, then, if you're paying attention, there is a slight honey taste. But it is quickly overwhelmed by the spices and a hop bitterness that I'm not a fan of.

For a spiced ale this beer is pretty average. The flavor is the downfall, it is just dort of sour. The spice and honey are curious, but not quite good. The aroma is sweet and very much honey like. the mouthfeel is average, sorta thin. The color is golden. overall it is just ok
