Refreshingly bold, with a bitter edge and tonnes of flavour, this Galaxy hopped brew has the wheat base and spicy notes of a Belgian Wit. A beer that is both fruity and spicy, with enough alcohol warmth to balance everything out. Appearance: Hazy gold body, fluffy white head. Aroma: Citrus fruits and pears with lots of yeasty character (cloves & spice). Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, silky, high carbonation, dry finish. Character: Bold with a bitter edge and tons of flavour. Hops and yeast flavours mingle to create a beer which is both fruity and spicy with enough alcohol warmth to balance everything out. Food Pairing: Spicy curries, Mexican dishes like cheesy enchiladas, grilled chicken or fish, and bold, sweet desserts like Crème Brulée.

Bomber from BCLDB Nordel Crossing. Yellow pour, seriously cloudy for the second helping, and a creamy white head. Grapefruit nose, along with yeast and spices. Above average mouthfeel. Flavour replicates the aroma. Nice finish. A more than decent effort.
