@ RAM Chicago. Pale yellow, small white foam ring. Malty aroma and taste, quite fresh actually, however not at all outstanding in any way as 1st beer in US on this trip. (Chicago 201510)

This beer is designed as an entry level craft beer for the macro pale lager drinker, and they failed miserably. This beer pours a clear golden colour with a white head. The aroma is grainy malt, more grass, some yeast, and some floral hops. The flavour was very metallic at times, and a little on the sweet5 side. It misses out on balance.

gotta go against the grain here. rarely if ever will i give a blonde a super high score, but if it scores anywhere near the "better" bigger styles, that's a plus, and I thought that (for a blonde) this beer was quite good. crisp, with a nice cascade hop finish. everything but the thin feel was above average.

Sampled in Tacoma on 12-28-09. I knew going in that the Blonde would not be a favorite of mine, but just hadda try it. It was far lighter than I would have imagined... if you can imagine that - and wholely lacking in any discernable flavor. It was hard to hate it because nothing was obnoxious... but you couldn't love it because there was just nothing there.

There was a slightly hoppy and sweet taste with this one. It poured a nice light yellow color in the glass and had a soft, sweet aroma. The taste was rather smooth and enjoyable.

Washington blonde in Puyallup. Lt gold color. Light taste, Light hops and malts, clean and crisp. Good balance, clean mouthfeel. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Its a pretty average looking Blonde ale...Slightly hazy golden colour with a smallish pure white head. Again the aroma is average, subdued yet pleasant enough..mostly a floral scent with some rough sugar. Taste is pretty thin..its well carbonated..the usual malt and small hop profile of a Blonde. Again its ok on the palate..though thin even for the style. All in all an average beer..but its ok to have something bland now and again
