Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
Taps slightly hazy golden with a pretty porcelain head. Aroma delivers strong wheaty, lemon and malty tones, a little sweet and really tempting on a day that’s hot AF. Lip-smacking wheaty flavor offers rich wheat, malt and citrus tones plus more than a hint of yeast. Mouthfeel features firm, smooth body but lively, sassy fizz. A great hefe for heifers - and other bovines, and humans too.
