Inspirée des racines du Nord de l’Angleterre, Darling se veut généreuse et ô combien équilibrée. Cette ale foncée confère en bouche un bouquet délicat de pain grillé, de biscuit, de caramel et une pointe de chocolat noir. Bière biologique - Organic beer Inspired by the roots of the North of England, Darling wants to be generous and o how balanced. This dark ALE gives the palate a delicate bouquet of toasted bread, biscuit, caramel and a hint of dark chocolate.

Can that pours a dark copper brown colour with a big frothy warm-beige coloured head that lasts a while and leaves creamy-foamy lacing streaks. Roasted malt aromas with some sweetness of caramel, hints of coffee and grassy hops. Smooth, creamy mouthfeel with some dryness in the finish. Flavours have the roasted malts with some apple notes, coffee, chocolate and the grassiness. Gets a little hazy at last pour. A decent brown ale with enough hoppiness to add a different touch.
