Homestead is a hybrid Farmhouse Ale and APA brewed with Old World Blend Saison yeast from Ontario's own Escarpment Laboratories. Aromas of clove, spice, orange zest and lemon. Flavours of citrus, subtle spice, bready malt and pineapple are followed by a dry finish with a slight bitterness. Pale, cloudy straw colour, refreshing and flavourful, Homestead Farmhouse Ale is brewed in Canada's Capital by those that call Canada home.
