Brewed with an old world saison yeast, this Belgian beer is light and refreshing. Aromas of clove and lemon. Flavours of citrus, subtle spice and pineapple are followed by a dry finish that refreshes the palate. Pale, cloudy straw colour, refreshing and flavourful.

On tap at Bowman's Bar and Grill. Pours a fairly big frothy off-white head and has a hazy golden appearance. Decent sticky lacing. Wheaty and yeasty aromas are fairly dominant at first. Flavours are quite fruity, tropical fruits, notes of pineapple, some citrus and resin hops, a little bit of yeast and wheats as well. Somewhat of a tarty finish.
