Svrchně kvašený special. Na výrobu tohoto píva byly použíty čtyřtí druhy cizokrajuých chmelů ( Centennial, Goldings, Pilgrim, Tomahawk ), ktere dodávají pívu v vyraznou hořkost a květinovo-cítrusové aroma. Stupnovítost píva je 15,2 °.

Točené, 300 ml, on tap at the Minipivovar. Poured in the original Beznoska stemmed snifter a clear and pale amber coloured Ale with a two fingers light beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is fruits, juicy apples, citrus, oranges, notes of caramel, earthy hops. The flavour is sweety malts, caramel, honey, fruity, juicy apples, oranges, mandarins, citrus and earthy hops. The mouthfeel is fulled, thick and quite sweety. The texture is oily. This medium to full bodied Ale has a dry fruity and sweety finish. An Ale ... in the Czech Pivoland ! It's the try worth !
