Having some fun with this new IPA. We used the hop blend designed for the Pink Boots Society brew day, along with a dry-hop of Simcoe, Enigma, Idaho7, & El Dorado. This has helped to create an easy-drinking pale ale. Big on the tropical fruit side with some nice berry and pine to round it out.

Mildy hazy bright yellow colour with a big white frothy head, very good retention and some nice creamy lacing. Lemon peel nose with some soft yeast. The taste shows the citrus-lemon zest, mildly with some nice light bitterness and dryness. Gets hazier and small particles float around. Refreshing citrusy IPA.

Tall can from my good friend Chopz. Pours a good size frothy white head with a hazy yellow golden appearance and leaves some soapy lace. Some visible sediment left behind Moderate carbonation. Aromas of grassy and piney hops. Flavours of citrus and tropical fruit, a little juicy and a little fruity. Good mix. Smooth and slick mouthfeel.
