This unique hop combo has produced a sweet, tropical fruit and apricot masterpiece. Enjoyably mouthwatering and the perfect way to say hello to 2023!

Lightly hazed, bright golden colour with a frothy white cap, decent stay and thick foamy lacing all-around. Particles start flowing everywhere. Pineapple fruity aromas with the milder citrus and grassy notes. The taste shows bitterness with grassiness, and the fruitiness (pineapple, apricot) taking a step back, but still there. Dryness is fine, and lingers with the bitter touch. Kind of a West Coast-style IPA where the sun drops last, lingering the New Year.
