The first beer from our wild and mixed fermentation series coming out of the original brewery. An American IPA fermented with both traditional ale yeast and a wild saccharomyces strain. Heavily dryhopped with simcoe and jester.

Thanks to PaleAleRider for this one from the brewery, on New Year’s Eve (originally done NYE 2016). This year's edition is 6.1% ABV and 35 IBU. Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a white head and good lacing. Very hoppy aromas with the citrus notes from the hops. Same citrus taste with mild caramel. Quite a nice hoppy brew that is not too bitter on the tongue, not too dry, with great fruitiness and is real easy to drink. Happy 2017!!
