08.03.05 Tap at brewpub. Lightly hazed golden. Creamy head laces. Light DME on nose, lots of caramel. Soft and effy body is nicely matched with the mildly fruity flavors. Not bad but searching for an identity.

Bethlehem Brew Works Valley Golden Ale poured a nice golden color with a decent white head. The taste was light, crisp and refreshing. This is a decent baseline beer. Hey everyone's got to have one for the masses and here it is. I prefer others.

I had this fresh on tap at the brewery. Just like many other gold beers this lacked the necessary hops and malt. I wish I could find a gold style that had some kick and mouthfeel to it.

The first in the line of samples I got from this microbrewery. I was ready to skip it, but was pleasantly surprised at the fullness of taste which surpassed the color. Nice malt and hop balance.
