In the tradition of ancient Kings our Medieval Mead recreates the wine of the Renaissance. Served chilled in the summer or warm in the winter. Our Medieval Mead, in the tradition of ancient Kings, recreates the Noble Honey Wines of the Middle Ages. Enjoy this semi-sweet honey wine served chilled in the summer with ham, salmon and fresh fruit or spie with cinnamon and cloves and serve hot in the winter over slices of bosc pears or apples.

    Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 7

    Fruity along with a possible bit of diacetyl (although I couldn’t quite tell if it where just a strange fruitiness from the honey. I’m not sold on that bit.) Sweet, a little grapey.
