Friend from GA brought this down for camping trip. Had a small leak near the cap, but wanted to try to at least get the flavor. Had about 80% of this fizz still and was drinkable. Has a rich malty chocolate/coffee backbone. Oysters add some sweetness and maybe little bit of texture. Balance seemed ok. May have to have him bring me another one this year so I get can a better feel.
