Ingrédients : Eau, Malts ( Pale Ale, Munich 25, Carambré, Chocolat, blé ), Houblons ( Brewers Gold, Bouclier, Summer ), Miel de fleurs d'Alsace, Sucre, Levures.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9

330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and opaque dark-brown with reddish tones coloured Brown Ale with a two fingers beige and dense-creamy pillowy foamy head that had a no end retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is roasted malts, roasted coffee beans, notes of caramel, spicy, licorice. The flavour is high roasted malts with even a burnt touch, dark chocolate, spicy, powerful licorice, a peppery touch, hints of honey and a pronounced grassy hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is fulled, thick, bitter and very smooth. The texture is a bit oily. This medium to full bodied Brown Ale has a lingering roasted malts and hoppy bitter finish. An amazing smooth and flavourful Brown Ale, a no end aftertaste, in a word ... a very enjoyable discover !
