Our Trail Series is another expression of our local terroir, drawing on wild botanicals and natural ingredients grown right here in the Twenty Valley. Made with wild young spruce tips foraged from the backyard of Dr.Amy’s spruce tree farm, this barrel fermented farmhouse ale displays notes of lemon and lime.
