Appellation is our series of limited release blended farmhouse ales aged in Twenty Valley wine barrels. Appellation No.5 was aged for 11 months in red wine barrels from Angel’s Gate, Malivoire and Fielding Winery. Light and delicate with notes of earthiness, wine skins and oak.
