Appellation is our series of limited release blended farmhouse ales aged in Twenty Valley wine barrels. Appellation No.4 was aged for 13 months in Pinot Noir & Gamay wine barrels from Malivoire. Elegant and balanced with light acidity, soft oak, earthy funk and gently spiced with orange peel and grains of paradise.
