By nature, IPAs land on the stronger side of things, but they needn’t all pack quite so heavy a punch. Green Velvet is an IPA that is strong and flavourful, of course, but also delicate. The recipe was developed over time to create a soft, fruit-forward and floral iteration of the style and we’re quite pleased with the results. Lucious notes of passionfruit, pineapple, jasmine and Juicy Fruit gum.

Hazy golden colour with an orange hue, a soapy white cap, average retention and some foamy lacing traces. Lemon zest aromas, herbal notes, alcohol warming and big bitterness. The taste is quite lighter, smoother with the citrus peel and fairly juicy all-around. An easy-drinking, juicy IPA with the mild zesty, citrus peel.
