A Raasted / beer here collaboration brew. Truly an enjoyable day and night with Skovdal Christian Andersen. A mash at the lower temperatures - in contrast to Bukkake - ending up with a dry finish. Lots of Sorachi Ace hops - and only incidentally. A Belgian yeast from a famous monastery completes the experience. But not so distinct fruity gærnoter as in Nelson Trippel, as precisely Bukkake fermented quite so warm. Dry Trippel at 8.0% alcohol. The name you must ask the brewer of ...

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Hazy golden colour, with a small head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some floral notes as well as mild spices. Flavour is quite much the same. Lacks some balls, didn't deliver and I'd like this one to be a bit more like a splash in the face.
